Casillas: This Real Madrid has nothing to do with Capello

Iker Casillas says this season's Real Madrid "has nothing to do" with last term's version under former coach Fabio Capello.

The goalkeeper told Radio Marca: "The spirit here is tremendous. We have players here with great ambitions. This team has nothing to do with Capello."

"No-one feels isolated and no-one is assured of their place. There has been a radical change in the team. If we suffered it is because we are a new team, but the dynamics are good. You won't begin to see the real team until October."

On Sunday's victory at Getafe, Casillas added: "They deserved to win. They were stronger than us, but we were more decisive when needed."
