Capello to sign 3-year Real Madrid contract

Fabio Capello is set to sign a three-year contract with Real Madrid today.
 
Capello's departure from Juventus was confirmed last night by the Italians and he will be in Madrid at 3pm this afternoon to sign his Real contract. The deal is for three years, though the final 12 months can be ripped up should either party deem it necessary.

Real are to call a media conference for tomorrow at noon to unveil Capello as president Ramon Calderon's new coach.

Before the conference, Capello will be given a tour of Real's Valdebebas Sports City, which wasn't in place the last time he was coach ten years ago.
