Capello hopes Mourinho gets time at Real Madrid

England coach Fabio Capello hopes Jose Mourinho is given time to make his mark at Real Madrid.

Capello won titles during two separate spells in charge of Real.

"In football the most important thing is to win. Real Madrid has three years without winning a title and need a little time, but Mourinho is a great coach," Capello told AS before suggesting that the club cannot force talent out of their youth system, but instead must let it come naturally.

"Players are born and cannot be manufactured."
