Cannavaro urges Cassano to stick with Real Madrid

Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro has urged Antonio Cassano to forget about plans to leave the club this month.

"Antonio is very calm now. He came here to be an important player for Real Madrid. Cassano has much quality and also he has much talent. But, like any player, he needs to play and to have minutes to demonstrate it," said the World Player of the Year.

"I hope that he stays here because I like him as a teammate."
