Calderon to announce first Real Madrid signing this week

Real Madrid presidential candidate Ramon Calderon could name his first player signing as early as this Saturday.

Calderon revealed his football director, Predrag Mijatovic, already has several deals in place: "Mijatovic not only has a trainer already (Fabio Capello), but also he has closed the signing of three players who are playing at the World Cup."

"They all still have contracts with their clubs and by respect we cannot say their names."

"Next Saturday it is possible that we will announce one."
