Calderon apologises to Real Madrid staff

Ramon Calderon has apologised to Real Madrid's staff after his resignation earlier this month.

Marca says Calderon sent a farewell letter to all Real employees on January 21 and published it in full yesterday.

"You have demonstrated your professionalism and your emotional commitment to the club," penned Calderon.

"I apologize to those of you who may have been, by act or omission, offended or annoyed, but I never had the intention to do so."
