Boost in Isco chase

Arsenal and Chelsea target reveals desire to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid star Isco has revealed that he is considering an exit, alerting the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea, according to reports from the Express.

Isco has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League during the summer after struggling to play on a consistent basis at the Santiago Bernabeu, with the Gunners and Chelsea keen on his services.

However, under new manager Rafa Benitez, the 22-year-old has featured in much more games this term, but Spanish source Fichajes has claimed that Isco is looking for a ‘change in scenery’.

Arsenal have been tracking the Spain international for some time with manager Arsene Wenger reportedly asking the board to open talks this January, while Chelsea need a big boost to their squad following their extremely poor start to the campaign.

But the Blues may have a change of manager by the January window, with Jose Mourinho under immense pressure following his fifth league loss of the season this past weekend.

Isco has made 12 appearances for Real so far this term, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
