Bolton to welcome Real Madrid legend Hierro

Bolton Wanderers expect to welcome Spanish international defender Fernando Hierro to preseason training this weekend.

The former Real Madrid and Spain captain is set to undergo trials with a view to winning a contract with the Trotters.

Hierro has returned to Europe after a season in Qatar.
