Boca Juniors president tells Real Madrid: £17M for Gago

Boca Juniors president Mauricio Macri is demanding £17 million for midfielder Fernando Gago.

Macri had a lunch meeting with Real director Franco Baldini yesterday, which was also attended by Gago's agent, Marcelo Lombilla.

Macri is desperate to hold onto Gago beyond the winter market and will only lower his demands if Real agree to sign the young midfielder in June.
