Besiktas coach Del Bosque flattered by Deportivo talk

Besiktas trainer Vicente del Bosque has admitted he'd be interested in coaching Deportivo La Coruna.

Current Depor coach Javier Irureta is set to leave the Riazor at the end of this season and the club's players have already put Del Bosque's name forward as their ideal successor.

"I am very grateful to the players for nominating me," Del Bosque told Marca. "It is flattering that people still remember me and believe I can do well at a club the size of Depor."

"I haven't discarded the thought of returning to Spain. Yesterday was Real Madrid, today it is Turkey. It shows you anything can happen in the world of football."
