Benzema increasingly isolated at Real Madrid

Karim Benzema is becoming increasingly isolated at Real Madrid.

AS says his lack of Spanish is preventing the Frenchman from mixing with his new teammates, who were disappointed with comments made by the striker after the Champions League defeat to AC Milan.

Benzema also cannot understand any instructions coming from coach Manuel Pellegrini on the sidelines. The youngster also hasn't moved out of the hotel he has been staying in since his arrival from Lyon.

"We have problems through the centre of attack. There are times that this hindered us," said Benzema. "It is very difficult because we played a lot through the middle and we must go more down the flanks."
