Benzema excited about first Real Madrid season

Karim Benzema admits he is excited about his first season as a Real Madrid player.

The France striker told Marca: "Everything at Real is so much bigger. As a kid I wore a Real Madrid shirt and hoped one day to play for them. Now is it a reality."

"I came to Real Madrid to win it all. I hope to adapt quickly."

"(Cristiano) Ronaldo has promised 30 goals every year? Well ... he is Ronaldo."

Benzema added: "I am only 21 years old, but I have great confidence in myself."
