Benzema credits Mourinho, Zidane for improved Real Madrid form

Karim Benzema feels he's ready to make his mark at Real Madrid this season.

The Frenchman's preseason form has been impressive and credits coach Jose Mourinho and new sports chief Zinedine Zidane for his progress.

"Mourinho's a great coach for me. He always tells me to work, never stop," said Benzema.

"Zidane is always available and I speak with him in French. He was a great player and is very important to me."
