Beckham: I Don't Think We Robbed Valencia

Real Madrid midfielder David Beckham felt the 1-1 draw with Valencia last night was the right result.

The Merengues earned a point after Raul won a highly dubious penalty at the death.

"I don't think we robbed them because we didn't deserve to lose," Beckham said.

"They got the goal but we kept battling until the end. I'm not sure whether it was a penalty...but we're happy with the result."

Raul added: "I have not thrown myself. The referee blew and it is not necessary to say anything else."
