Beckham has missed Real's last three games because of an ankle injury but coach Carlos Queiroz said that if things went according to plan he would play against Betis.
"If nothing abnormal happens between today and tomorrow he will play," Queiroz told a news conference on Saturday. "He's a brave player and is very keen to return to action."
Club captain Raul, who missed the midweek King's Cup victory against Eibar because of back pain, also returned to the squad for the match against the Andalucians.
Real lost the leadership of the Primera Liga last week following their 1-0 defeat away to Real Sociedad and are now a point behind new leaders Valencia, who travel to Valladolid on Saturday.
