Beckham accused of stopping cameras filming bust-up

England skipper David Beckham has been accused of forcing a cameraman to stop filming during the halftime bust-up with Turkey's players.

In a tape of the incident shown on Turkish television yesterday, the hand of an unidentified England player forces the camera towards the ground as it captures several England players trying to reach Turkey substitute Hasan Sas after he appears to fire a volley of abuse at Ashley Cole.

The cameraman involved confirmed yesterday that the England player in question was Beckham.

The England and Real Madrid midfielder faces a UEFA probe for his role in the fracas, though it is likely the most severe punishment he will receive is a fine.
