Beckenbauer supports Kroos Real Madrid move

Franz Beckenbauer is backing Toni Kroos' proposed move to Real Madrid.

Kroos is leaving Bayern Munich for Real after the World Cup.

"As honorary president of Bayern, I will be sorry to see him go. If he leaves, we will have lost a world class player," said Beckenbauer.

"In a professional career there is always the future. And if that is an experience abroad, going to a club like Real Madrid, that is priceless."
