Bayern Munich reject €50M Real Madrid bid for Schweinsteiger

Bayern Munich have rejected a massive offer from Real Madrid for midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger.

Schweinsteiger has emerged as one of the big stars for Germany at this year's World Cup and his form convinced Real to make an offer for the midfielder, says German TV ARD.

Real offered a mega €50 million for Schweinsteiger, but it was turned down flat by the cashed-up Bayern board.
