Barcelona president Rosell: Neymar was taking Real Madrid emails up to signing with us

Barcelona president Sandro Rosell admits they had to fight off late competition from Real Madrid to sign Neymar.

Neymar arrived in the summer from Santos for €57 million.

"When he was signing the contract with us, he was still getting emails from Madrid," revealed Rosell.

"(Lionel) Messi and Neymar get along very well. When I see them in the locker room, they get along well, fantastically well."
