Baptista confirms Luxemburgo anger at Real Madrid players

Real Madrid midfielder Julio Baptista admitted yesterday that coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo was furious with the way they played on Saturday against Celta Vigo.

Real lost 3-2 and DiarioSport says Luxemburgo read the riot act to his charges on Sunday, blasting them for not sticking to his instructions and lacking concentration over the three goals conceded.

"The trainer was right to be angry," said Baptista. "Set-pieces decide games and we did not concentrate fully when defending them."
