AXED Casillas blanks post-match Real Madrid training session

Dropped for victory over Elche, Real Madrid captain Iker Casillas did not appear on the pitch for the post-match training session.

Sport says after the 5-1 win, Real's non-playing substitutes, along with Alvaro Arbeloa and Nacho Fernández, did some post-match training in front of a handful of fans.

Luka Modric, Karim Benzema and Fabio Coentrao also took part in the session.

However, Casillas, who was axed in favour of Keylor Navas, never re-emerged from the locker room.

Real players have today off, so those who did not play, or only played a few minutes, took part in the low-key session.
