Atletico Madrid agrees terms with Cameroon ace Eto'o

Atletico Madrid have agreed personal terms with Real Mallorca striker Sammy Eto'o.

After two weeks of talks, the Cameroon ace has accepted a contract offer from Atletico - though talks with Mallorca are yet to open.

Atletico will have to negotiate with both Mallorca and Real Madrid for Eto'o, as his registration is shared between them.

Its been suggested a figure of around £12 million will be enough for Atletico to land the striker, with the Madrid club also prepared to include a player - such as Jorge or Javier Movilla - as part of the deal to lower the cash component.
