Arsenal to offer £10M for Real Madrid striker Owen

Arsenal are being linked with a sensational bid for Real Madrid striker Michael Owen.

Well aware of Owen's troubles in settling in Spain, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to offer the England ace an escape route.

The Daily Express says Arsenal will offer £10 million for Owen at the end of the season.

Wenger is in the market for a new striker after Valencia's Miguel Angulo turned down a Highbury switch in August.
