Arsenal's Vieira wants Real Madrid move

Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira has reportedly told club officials he wants to move to Real Madrid.

AS says Vieira visited Highbury last week and had a conversation with an Arsenal official at the stadium's ticket office.

Asked if he was leaving Arsenal, Vieira reportedly replied: "Yes, I need a change of scenery."

"Where?" asked the official.

"Hopefully it is Real Madrid," said the Frenchman with a smile.

Vieira will speak with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger face-to-face tomorrow at the club's training camp in Austria and explain why he needs to leave the Gunners.
