Arsenal, Newcastle target Owen determined to fight for Real Madrid spot

Real Madrid striker Michael Owen insists he wants to stay in Spain next season.
 
Owen has been linked with Arsenal and Newcastle United ahead of the summer market, but says: "If you want to play for a big club you've got to be able to handle pressure and handle other players being in your position."

"I've had it many times before and every striker knows that if you are playing for a top team, you have to play well enough to keep your place."
