Arsenal, Newcastle target Helguera accepts likely Real Madrid exit

Real Madrid defender Ivan Helguera admits he could be on his way out of the club in the summer.

Newcastle, Arsenal and Liverpool have all been linked with the Spain international, who said: "I'm 30 years old and I know what football is like, last year it was Figo's turn and now it could happen to me."

"I want to carry on playing for a long time, I hope it's here but if not it will have to be somewhere else."
