Arsenal, Man Utd watch as Guti rails against Real Madrid

Real Madrid attacking midfielder Guti could be on his way from the Bernabeu at the end of the season.

The Spanish international revealed in a radio interview yesterday that he had considered quitting Real many times over the past two years and also admitted to preferring the coaching of Vicente del Bosque over current trainer Carlos Queiroz.

"I've thought many times about leaving Real Madrid," revealed Guti. "I only decided to stay last year because Makelele was leaving."

Asked who he preferred, Queiroz or Del Bosque, Guti replied: "Del Bosque."

The Spanish striker has been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United this season and has admitted to having an ambition of playing for United before the end of his career.
