Arsenal boss Wenger wants to sell Cesc to Real Madrid over Barcelona

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger would prefer to sell Cesc Fabregas to Real Madrid over Barcelona.

Barca are refusing to up their previous offer of €29 million, while Real are happy to meet Arsenal's €45 million asking price.

AS says Wenger would be happy to sell Cesc to Real as they're prepared to meet the board's valuation.

With the need to find a replacement for his captain, Wenger cannot accept taking a €16 million loss on their assessment by selling Cesc to Barca.
