Arsenal boss unconcerned over Real Madrid interest in French duo

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says he has no concerns over reports linking Robert Pires and Patrick Vieira with Real Madrid.
"I've been in the situation for five years now where I'm regularly asked the question about Patrick's future," admitted Wenger.

"I think this current Arsenal squad is really united and I am not scared at all that it will explode after this bitter disappointment in Europe."

"I've read about this Real Madrid money (reports suggest a £35million double bid for Vieira and Pires) but for me there are two worlds that exist in football - the fantasy one that is in some newspapers and the reality which is inside the club."

"I am 100 per cent convinced that Patrick and Robert will sign new contracts in the summer, even though they will still have a year to go on the present ones."
