Arrigo Sacchi: Real Madrid Have Great Respect For Milan

Speaking on the eve of a vital Champions League encounter, Arrigo Sacchi stated his belief that Milan command great respect from Real Madrid.

The former Diavoli coach and ex-Blanco director feels the Spanish giants cannot demand too much success too quickly, despite a summer of lavish spending.

"I think Real Madrid have more respect for Milan now," Sacchi told Radio Marca, recalling the Rossoneri's 3-2 victory in the Spanish capital a fortnight ago.

"However, they need to be patient because you cannot build a skyscraper in just two months."

"They need time. Football is not about 11 individual superstars, it's a team game."

The teams are level on six points heading into the game.
