Ancelotti discusses managing Real Madrid superstars

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says there's no great secret over his man-management success.

As he's shown with Iker Casillas, Ancelotti insists on treating all his players the same.

"In my experience, I’ve been fortunate to have coached players who have a very professional attitude so it has never been much of a problem for me."

"Once a player understands that he must channel all of his efforts and qualities into the team, then there’s not much more they need to know. We, the coaches, have to try to treat all of our players in the same way – even though some of them might have less technical ability."
