Ancelotti confident Xabi will pen new Real Madrid deal

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti remains confident over Xabi Alonso's new contract talks.

The midfielder's current deal expires in June.

"The president and I think exactly the same on this matter. I’m optimistic, but we’ll have to wait and see what he decides," said Ancelotti.
