Morata made his official Madrid debut in the 3-1 win over Real Zaragoza in December 2010 and is considered to be one of the most exciting youngsters to emerge from the club's youth academy.
"Everything that has happened this year is like a dream for me. I'm very happy with my new deal. If I saw no future here, I might have decided to leave, but it's my goal to succeed at Real Madrid," Morata was quoted as saying by Marca.
"I have to keep improving with the reserves and grab my chances whenever I get playing time in the first team. I know that I still have to learn a lot, but the fact that the club offered me a new deal shows that they have faith in me."
Premier League champions Manchester United reportedly attempted to lure the 18-year-old Morata to England in January, but Madrid turned its offer down.
