"I am delighted that Real Madrid, such a big club, are considering the idea of buying Alan," Tariel Dzagoev is quoted as saying by Marca.
"We must celebrate this, such a thing doesn't happen every day."
Dzagoev senior sent a warning out to his son, however, saying that he may need to stay with CSKA for the time being to grow as a player.
"Maybe it's too early, he has to mature a bit more. There are players who have failed because they left too early. But we will see what happens."
Despite this, Dzagoev's contract with the Russian club expires in December 2010 and they have been unsuccessful in persuading the 19-year-old to sign a new deal and risk losing him for nothing.
