Ajax's Huntelaar happy with Real Madrid interest

Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar admits he welcomes the interest of Real Madrid.

The Holland international told AS: "Of course it is something really nice to hear that a club with such a great history is interested in you. What I most like about them is that it is champion team. But look, the reality is that they are only rumors, since I have been linked with many other teams."

"It is necessary to hope. I cannot live on that, I must hope and see what happens."

Huntelaar added: "We will see what happens (regarding Real Madrid). For the moment, it's just rumours."
