Agent reveals Real Madrid push for Brescia's Martinez

The agent of Brescia defender Gilberto Martinez has revealed Real Madrid are following his client.
 
Juan Carlos Retana has revealed that a Real Madrid director watched the Costa Rica international in action against AS Roma last weekend and the club's GM, Arrigo Sacchi, will scout the defender when Brescia face Inter Milan on Sunday.

Retana says Sacchi informed Brescia that he was attending the clash against Inter with the express purpose of running the rule over Martinez.

"Gilberto is very surprised and excited," said Retana. "He always has dreamed about playing for Real Madrid, but he is conscious that it is only an initial observation."
