Agent of Atletico Madrid's Perea: No Real Madrid approach

The agent of Atletico Madrid defender Luis Perea says no contact has been received from Real Madrid for the Colombia international.
 
Real were linked with Perea on Saturday, but his agent, Marcelo Betnaza, told Marca: "A formal interest from Real Madrid hasn't made its way to me, but what is not in doubt is that with Madrid Perea would play well."

"Many teams are following him and evidently Madrid are also one of those."

"After the contract extension with Atletico, the interest of some Italian and English clubs disappeared, but once in a while they continue asking for information on the player."

"The interest, most of all, comes from English teams, but the player is focused on Atletico, with which he has a contract until 2009 and has a clause of £20 million."
