Agent of Arsenal's Vieira cool on Real Madrid talk

The agent of Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira stayed tight-lipped over yesterday's reports that a deal with Real Madrid was imminent.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger insists his skipper, 28, must decide his future by the time the Premiership kicks off.

But the player's adviser Steve Kutner said: "I can't say anything. I'm in all-day meetings."

A Highbury spokesman said: "As usual, we have no comment."
