Agent: No Real Madrid move for Inter Milan's Adriano

The agent of Inter Milan ace Adriano has dismissed reports suggesting the Brazilian wants a move to Real Madrid.

Adriano has been linked with Real through the Spanish press, but his agent, Gilmar Rinaldi, declared yesterday: "There is nothing happening with Real Madrid."

"Adriano has only one thing on his mind; to stay in Milan and win trophies with Inter."

Rinaldi also said: "There are three reasons why Adriano will not go to Real Madrid."

"One, Inter Milan do not want to sell him. Two, Adriano would cost too much, much too much."

"And three, Adriano wants to win the championship with Inter Milan. Before he leaves the club, if he ever does, he wants to win the Scudetto."

Inter president Giacinto Facchetti also said: "I will continue to say this calmly, Inter will never consider selling Adriano."

"It makes us happy that the great teams of Europe are interested in one of our players, but that's where it ends. He is not for sale."
