Agent fuels Manuel Pablo talk

Manuel Pablo Garcia's agent has added to speculation that the international right-back could be on his way to Real Madrid.

Antonio Morales said that he has been in contact with the Spanish champions over the last two weeks and added that the ball was now firmly in Deportivo's court.

He told Spanish newspaper Marca: "If Deportivo agree to what Real Madrid hopes for, then we can all sit down and talk."

Manuel Pablo's contract runs until 2009 and his buy-out clause is set at an astronomical 15,000 million pesetas ($US 77.3m).

Morales added that the Spanish star was 'keen to accept the challenge' of a move.
"Real Madrid are currently regarded as the best club in the world and a player would relish the chance of making a leap in his professional career," he said.

However, Morales cautioned that Depor president Augusto Cesar Lendoiro had said recently that none of his stars would be allowed to leave this summer.
