AC Milan make quick Bodmer bid to beat Arsenal, Real Madrid

AC Milan have made a bid for Lille midfielder Mathieu Bodmer.

Milan chief Ariedo Braida has offered £2.5 million for the Frenchman, while Lille are holding out for £4 million.

Milan chose to make a quick bid for Bodmer as he is also being tracked by Real Madrid, Arsenal and Fiorentina, among several European big spenders.

While flattered by the interest of Real and Arsenal, Bodmer is understood to be keen to join Milan where good pal Viktor Dhorasoo is now playing.
