AC Milan could return for Real Madrid's Kaka after 'cooling off' period

There remains a glimmer of hope of AC Milan rescuing their deal for Real Madrid midfielder Kaka.

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani declared yesterday afternoon that negotiations had collapsed.

Sky Italia says Milan and Real could still return to the table after a cooling off period of a couple of days.

Kaka wants the deal to happen and if it can't be struck this month, a summer return is all but nailed on.
