Benzema makes history for Real Madrid with first-half performance vs Cádiz

Once again, the French striker had a key performance for Zidane's men in their first trip to Cádiz in over 15 years, and he did so by leading Los Blancos to a commanding three-goal lead against the yellow and blue side. And while at it, Benzema nabbed a few milestones for himself.
Benzema scored twice during Real Madrid's surge in the first half, with the opener coming from the spot and the second one with a well-placed header. With those goals, Benzema joined an elite list of European goalscorers.
Next up, he became just the second player to score against every La Liga rival he has faced, matching the tally of a true Los Blancos legend.
Last, but not least, Real Madrid's No.9 became the player with the highest number of assists for the team in the 21st Century.
