PSV Eindhoven beat Real to win Railways Cup
PSV's Ismail Aissati's 30-metre shot the 33rd minute was out of reach of Real goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek.
Ibrahim Afellay then put PSV 2-0 up on 44 minutes with a shot from a free kick.
Javier Saviola pulled one back for the Spanish club in the 60th minute, smashing the ball into the net after a Guti free kick.
European champions AC Milan beat Lokomotiv Moscow 5-4 on penalties after the match ended 3-3 to take third place in the competition.
Milan defender Dario Simic conceded an own goal in the 16th minute when he headed a cross from Peter Odemwingie into the box.
Kaka equalised in the 22nd minute then Branislav Ivanovic pushed Lokomotiv ahead again seven minutes later from a corner. Odemwingie dribbled the ball around Milan's keeper Dida and into an open goal to extend the lead to 3-1 in the 42nd minute.
Milan rallied in the last two minutes of the second half, Clarence Seedorf smashed in a pass from Marek Jankulovski in the 88th minute and Christian Brocchi got the equaliser.
Russian Railways chief Vladimir Yakunin said at an awards ceremony that the cup would become an annual event.
