Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has sent a warning to Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
Real have suffered a turbulent summer so far with Cristiano Ronaldo and manager Zinedine Zidane both departing the Bernabeu.
Ronaldo moved to Juventus while Julen Lopetegui came in to replace Zidane as boss.
Ronaldo is yet to be replaced with former Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois and Alvaro Odriozola the only major arrivals in the Spanish capital.
Eden Hazard, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have all been linked with a move to Los Blancos with Madrid having until August 31 to complete any further deals.
Atletico Madrid added insult to injury on Real’s summer when they beat their city rivals 4-2 in the UEFA Super Cup this week.
But Ramos believes the Champions League winners will bounce back.
"We learn something from every defeat. We will make this badge win again," Ramos wrote on Twitter. "No one will doubt it."
"#HalaMadrid yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever."
Karim Benzema and Ramos scored Real’s goals in the 4-2 loss to Atletico though they lacked the cutting edge they had last year with Ronaldo.
And former Bayern Munich and Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Real Madrid need to strengthen.
"I was surprised really. All of a sudden, Real look like they lack depth," Hargreaves said when asked about Los Blancos’ loss in Tallinn, Estonia.
"Some of those younger players - Mayoral, Ceballos and Vazquez all came on."
"Real after that performance need to strengthen. They have money to spend and they need to do it."
"They need two attackers. Benzema scored a great goal and Bale looked terrific in little spells. But what happens if one of them gets injured?"
" Asensio is a terrific player, but he’s still very young and for him to carry the load that Cristiano [ Ronaldo] did is unfair."
"Mayoral is not proven - they need two stars, two difference makers."
"I would be surprised if they didn’t try to get at least one player - a Hazard type."
"Obviously Kylian Mbappe and Neymar are the dream, but they are unrealistic."
