Former Real Madrid coach Juande Ramos insists Manuel Pellegrini isn't to blame for the team's struggles this season.
Real are again being outshone by Barcelona at home and in Europe during Pellegrini's first campaign in charge.
But Ramos told AS: "I would say that Pellegrini is the least to blame."
"In Madrid, we have had many coaches of all kinds. The coaches have the least amount of influence there. It can be impossible to introduce your ideas."
"Everyone tries to implement his style, bringing his favorite players and his assistants, and often it is completely different to what the previous coach did. So it is impossible to maintain and nurture a strong collective vision."
