Bosnian striker
Elvir Baljic has compared his new Rayo Vallecano team-mates with 'soft cheese' despite only being at the club for three weeks.
Baljic moved to Vallecano from neighbours Real Madrid on a loan deal last month, and despite getting off the mark with his debut goal for the Franjirojos last weekend he is still not happy.
The 27-year-old has hit out at his new team-mates and blamed the side's weak defence for their unstable Liga position
He said:
"Our defence is as soft as cheese and the midfield isn't much better which makes it tough for me to play here. I'm always having to drop back to help out and then race upfield to create chances.
"I'm at 100 per cent but I don't see why I should be doing all the work for others. I can't understand what's going wrong, we've got good players but our outings this season have been awful
"
The striker also added that if the team cannot muster a win against Las Palmas on Sunday then they could be faced with the prospect of relegation.
"If we lose against Las Palmas then we could be waving goodbye to life in La Primera," he added.
