Former Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is considering raiding his former club to sign Mariano Diaz and Marcos Llorente at Napoli, say reports.
Diario AS cite a report in Corriere dello Sport which states the Italian club are hopeful of bolstering their squad as they are challenging on three fronts this season.
Midfielder Llorente, 23, has played just 11 minutes this season for Madrid outside of the Copa del Rey and has often been excluded from matchday squads entirely.
25-year-old striker Mariano has started just one game across all competitions for Los Blancos this campaign having arrived at the club this summer in a €25m deal from Olympique Lyonnais.
AS claims the relationship between the clubs to be on ‘good terms’ following the triple deal that took Gonzalo Higuain, Jose Callejon and Raul Albiol to Napoli in 2013.
