Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has shrugged off complaints from Isco.
The midfielder is unhappy not featuring regularly in recent weeks.
"No one enjoys not playing. That also goes for Isco, Chicharito and Nacho. That's to be expected in football. It's not normal when that frustration causes you to react poorly on the pitch though."
"It's worrying if your frustration causes you to drop off in training. That hasn't been the case with either Isco or Chicharito. It's healthy for the squad to have players who are fighting for a place and working hard and diligently. Chicharito is a good example of that, he hasn't played much but because of his professionalism he was ready when it mattered."
